I use Tibetan singing bowls in two ways: as a tool to send vibrations through your body. This method involves the guest. They will hold the bowl in their hand, or on their chest or stomach while it is played. I also use the chime of bowls as an indicator to breathe during the part of the session that involves our prana practice.</image:title>
